Does anyone know if Wilton's new color right food coloring is any different than the old food coloring?
Personally, I have never had any issues with their food colourings but we all have different opinions. I think much of the bad reputation had to do with the times prior to when Wilton didn't have a "No Taste Red" . Then when they did offer the " No Taste Red" and how much colour it took to get red. The Americolor red took a lot less product to get the red and that was what won a lot of people over to trying their products. This goes back quite a few years.
The new Wilton colours are supposed to be a new formula and are supposed to make it easier to reproduce previous colours used. I haven't tried them yet.
The other Wilton food colorings say made in a nut facility so I can't use them because of allergies. Does anyone know if this product also has such an allergy warning? If not, I'd like to try them:-)
