Edible Image On A Fondant Covered Cake That Needs To Be Stored In The Fridge??

Hello everyone-
I'm working on a NFL football theme cake for a customer. The cake will be covered in fondant but needs to be kept in the fridge due to perishable fillings. The cake will need to have an edible image - any tips on how to achieve this without the condensation ruining the image?
