AI am looking for a cream cheese icing recipe that does not need refrigeration. Does anyone have a good one they would like to share? Thanks! :)

This recipe sounds really good but i am just curious, do you know why it does not need to be refrigerated even though it has cream cheese in it?

Because of the ratio of sugar to cream cheese. The sugar binds the water so that it doesn't support bacterial growth.
