AOk, so I do not understand something. All over Pinterest and the internet are cakes of Frozen, Disney Characters and many other licensed copyrighted subjects. How do people get by with selling these cakes when they are copyrighted? Even using the shaped pans is illegal as far as the copyright is concerned. How do you handle this as far your customers?

I refuse to make them.  If someone else breaks the law, they may get caught.  I won't.  Simple as that.

As I understand it as long as you are "not selling" it you can make any of those.

AThanks, the reason I came into the business section to ask the question is because I sell them. Blessings, Sandy
