AHow can I make white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream? I've tried adding melted chocolate but it gets lumpy and not appealing at all.

AIf the previous suggestion does not help, and depending on the description of lumpy and unappealing, is it possible you just added too much for the IMBC to handle?
