AHello pros! I really need a good tasting cake recipe for a topsy turvey cake. The client stressed that it has to taste good as well as appearance. The bottom and middle layers will be yellow/butter. She wants the 6" top tier to be red velvet. I am nervous about making the top RV. because it is such a soft vegetable oil based cake. Any ideas on a red velvet recipe that can withstand the carving and also taste good? This cake is due saturday night and I am stressed to please! Thanks guys!!
