I just made this pool table cake for the first time and was wondering if I charged the customer correctly ( I charged $90). It is a Half Sheet butter cake with MMF. Also anyways I could have improved the cake will be greatly appreciated. I haven't been making cakes long so I am still struggling with the pricing aspect.
I'm located in Houston, TX and everyone is trying to get a "deal" on cakes which can be frustrating at times.
