Has anyone had any luck collaring 2 inch pans to make them 3"? Thanks in advance.
AI haven't had a problem doing this, but I'm usually only doing it on 4 inch cakes if I need a bunch of them at once.
I've done it on larger cakes too - but not ones I've used for decorating, just dessert cakes and they seem to rise just fine,
