Hi ladies (and gents) I am in a bit of a pickle,
i am currently baking an 8" round madiera cake - it has already been in the oven for an hour and yet it is still not done.... i am baking at 180 the top is brown and it has risen lovely just the middle is still runny. Anyone got any idea what ive done or if i needn't worry and just keep checking it?
