AI opened a large tub about 2 weeks ago today. Still have about 1/3 tub left. The container says up to 2 weeks in fridge. I have a cake to do tomorrow for Saturday night. Should I discard this opened tub, or is it safe to use a few days past 2 weeks? Or can I freeze the leftover for home use?
