I know the cake international competition schedule will be coming out soon and I've been looking at the past large exhibit pictures. A lot of them are 80-150 cm tall and only contain internal supports, the rest of it is edible. I guess the majority of it is rice crispys but I've heard that people work on these models for months so how do they stop it going off?
Any advice would be grateful
