Will have to give the cheesecake a go - continental or baked?

I have never heard of putting an ice cream stick in a milky way and frozen it but I do like mars bars from the freezer - I like to eat the chocolate off then the caramel and then the nougat - having it frozen makes it so much easier. :)

New York style cheesecake - baked.  Frozen deliciousness.

Dare I confess my sins......Ok but don't tell anyone.  If I bake one for myself. I cut it into pieces, just slightly pull them apart on the board (so they freeze in separate pieces.)  Put the whole thing on a tray. Put tray in freezer. Then take out the frozen individual pieces and pop them into sandwich bags.  Back into the freezer.

Individual bags of pure frozen homemade heaven.

Frozen Cheesecake is AMAZING.

Thanks again for everyone's responses!

AZ- I agree, that creeps me out too, I also keep everything refrigerated unless I am working on it.
