I've just made my 1st topsy turvy cake and covered it in fondant after I ganached it the sizes are 12", 10", 8". I used several tutorials from both CC and google on how to stack. But after reading the disasters some have had with transporting I'm freaking out now. I made this cake for my friend who is driving 30 minutes away. I'm wondering if I should "cut/level" the bottom and middle tier to a flat surface instead of it being a topsy turvy to avoid the cake falling. I'm just a beginner and only do this for fun, please any help would be great

AI don't think it's possible, you may just have to ride this one out and see what happens. Maybe someone rose can offer you another suggestion

How did you construct the topsy-turvy-ness of your cake?
