How can i make a cake pop a Metallic color?

Metallic luster dust! If the outside needs to be completely metallic it'll get kinda expensive this way, but you could just sprinkle it on or make a paste and paint it

You can mix the luster dust with a little alcohol. It will evaporate and you can paint it on this way. Or paint it on dry.
