I have a cake order for the 14th next month of a Barbie doll with wings. I need help with the wings pls. Anybody knows the best way to make wings? Should I use fondant, gumpaste or royal icing? Any tutorials out there?

You could make some gorgeous Disco-Dust edged gelatin wings.  Obviously they should not be eaten because DD is plastic, but they'd make the wings super pretty.

 

I'm sure there are Youtube videos or tutorials on CC about making gelatin flowers, etc.  It's very easy and the results are really nice.
