Hi guys,

I've been something of a home baker as a hobby for a few years now, and have decided to "splash out" with new ideas, and methods to decorate cakes. I've found edible lace, which I find is fascinating for cupcakes, and in particular I've used Sugarveil. As a beginner, I didn't get on very well with it, "disaster" being one word that springs to mind :(

I saw a picture of a beautiful cake on Google, and I was just wondering if you know who created it, and with what. I can see it's edible lace of some sort, but I just can't seem to find it! Could anyone help me with a name or perhaps a link?

Thank you!

I searched the image in Google and it looks like it is from Cake Lace, in the UK: http://www.cakelace.co.uk/product_info.php/ophelia-cake-lace-starter-kit-claire-bowman-p-223?osCsid=8fecc79n93kjk2fi5rqkr5gee0

It's an incredible cake. I don't get on with any kind of edible lace at all!
