AI had an order of 20 mickey and minnie cake pop...fineshed them and when i woke up to get ready for delivery....they had fallen apart....by this time there wasnt enough time for a redo....the nearest store that sales the supplies is an hour away...how do yu deal with the customer?????
AYou're going to have to give them a full refund and I would offer a discount on the next order.
Yes, full refund, plus I would have called to offer to go buy them something to take the place of the cake pops!
AI would avoid telling them that they fell apart. I'd insinuate they meet their fate by, well, fate.
AI replaced them with chocolate covered oreos and she was just as pleased with them....thise were her first choice in the beginning....
