ASo next week I'm making 72 cupcakes for my nephews birthday I've only ever made 24 at once and I have a tiny fridge and I prefrably need to frost the all the day before as the party is early and it's to much of a rush how do I store them over night that's not in the fridge? Thanks!

You can also store in ziploc bags if they are not frosted.

If you have a cake supply store that sells cupcake containers, get those. They will make your life a lot easier when moving 72 cupcakes. :)

AHi, Make the cupcakes, cool and frost them the day before and store them in cardboard cupcake boxes with inserts. They hold up to 24 at a time and the cardboard absorbs the moisture so they won't go soggy. As long as there is nothing perishable in the cupcake or frosting, they should be fine on the counter in the boxes overnight. I've done over 100 at a time and they are fine. I've even had people tell me they have left any cupcakes left over in the box for a few days after the party and they were still perfect! Cardboard boxes are the key!
