AHi in a newbie to the whole cake decorating thing. I want to make a 2 tier cake for Wednesday next week and just wondered when you guys would start baking I'm worried about it going stale if I start to early but don't want to leave it all until the last min as I have a little mini me who I need to fit it in around. Thanks

AI would bake it as early as possible and wrap and freeze. If you bake too late, you have no time for error.
