AHas anyone ever been successful with making modeling caramel? I didn't know if it was possible to make so that flowers, teddy bears, sea creatures and "critters" could be made to contrast chocolate. or be accented with modeling chocolate.

Have you visited the Hungry Happenings site: http://www.hungryhappenings.com/2012/11/chocolate-peanut-butter-fudge-or.html

There is instructions for making turkeys by adding peanut butter or caramel to melted chocolate, and it looks like the mixture holds basic shapes.

What sort of creations would you be making with modeling caramel?

Have you ever tried using prepackaged caramel chews?
