AHi, I'm starting up my bakery from home until I can get a store. I've figured out the price for most of my items, but there is one I'm not sure about. It's a 2" Chocolate Cream Tartlet. It includes Pâté brisee crust, and garnished whipped topping.

Congratulations on starting a home baking business. However, I think Georgia's cottage food law only allows non-hazardous baked goods, so you may want to check with them. Perhaps this product can wait until your store opens and for now use other fillings for the tartlets.
