AHi All! This is my first post but I'm looking for a LARGE doily like mold for a wedding cake. Very similar to the lace mold in the attached picture. Does anyone know if this a an actual mold or sugar veil? I did however look at the sugar veil molds and didn't find anything similar.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question Selina but I'm very intrigued so I thought I'd bump the post up so more people can see it...!

I found this mold at J. Wilton - $70 but out of stock.  I know I read in another thread a while ago that someone else bought theirs in the Netherlands or in that area.  Still looking :)

I forgot to add that I emailed them to ask if they are going to replenish the stock.

I heard back from J. Wilton.  The mold is no longer available.  The company went out of business.  If you do find it, I would say you found gold!
