It depends on how you ice them... I think I'd get about 12 iced out of the amount he makes in that video.
The icing makes approx 10 ounces: piping it onto 5 cupcakes, allows 2 ounces icing per cupcake ,,
For 48 ... calculate .. 10 times the recipe .. with 2 ounces left over ...
100 g white chocolate [1 kg or 2.2 pounds]
140 g butter [1.4 kg or 3 pounds]
70 g icing sugar [700 g or 1 1/2 pounds]
