AHi :-) what is the best gauge for flower wires? I ordered some and they were far too thin, so what do you guys use and think is best?

It depends what you are using them for. 26 and higher are good for small flowers, like filler flowers, individual petals, and leaves, because they don't weigh much. If you use any thicker for petals they would show through the paste too much. 24 and lower, good for heavier stuff. For roses for example I will use an 18/20 gauge in the centre cone. I really only tend to use 28, 26, and 20 though. Oh, and buy white if you can - doesn't show through petals so much, and 9 times out of ten you would tape the wires with a suitable colour anyway.
