Woodland Bakery aka: Crumb Boss makes great videos.  She has a cheerful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic coaching style of presenting her information. The recipes that I've tried have worked well.

......not sure what is meant by "good enough" as I'm just a home baker with no commercial enterprise.
