Good evening, how's everyone? I'm working on a pineapple topper for my mother's birthday cake. I didn't have time to order a mold and I couldn't find a tutorial, so I came up with my own technique. Also, this is my first time working with modeling chocolate. Let me know what you all think. I could really use the pointers. I'm going to redo the top leaves, they were just for the picture so I could get an idea of what it would look like. I'm going to make it a bit more full. TIA!
