Pure cannibalism! I can't for the life of me see how anyone can eat one of these! The well made ones are bad, the poorly done ones absolutely disgusting. Looking back of what I just wrote, I don't think there is such a thing as a well made one when the subject is considered. They range from disgusting to vulgar. That's just my opinion, but I can see I'm not alone.
Yes, this is a terrific way to start a long put-off diet.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! OMG those were horrible!!! How can you cut up a baby and eat it? That picture will haunt my dreams! 
Who in their right minds would want a cake with a woman pushing a baby out and then actually eat it? Horrifying and disgusting. I would never make a cake like that, I don't care what my customer wants I would turn it down. Also, the second to last one looks like a dead baby, its on one of those metal trays and looks blue, that is so awful and sad. If I was the mother to be that got that cake I would probably start crying.
