Can anyone make up a crazy definition for fondane.... I have a crazy time accepting the way people pronounce fondant .... around hear we sort of skip the a and it ends up fondnt.....Someone do come up with def. on fondane. You CC'er have made me laugh ( especially when I needed it) with songs/poems/ tales of cakers and the public!!

ROFLMAO! You mean she didn't want everyone to see her wonderful cake in all it's glory. I just don't understand why she wouldn't want to share such a gift with the world.

And here is the corresponding text that went with the photo in all of the pm's, just to make clear that this isn't some random picking on. ;)
So if the cake had been shown by itself, and NOT advertised as the beauty to the left, maybe it would have gone unnoticed. But no, this is what she says she made for the person who asked for that. So, yes, wreck indeed in this context. And she got MAD when people asked her why she was using the photo, referring to fondane over and over, and calling the gold tier a box. She kept saying she was a professional and knew how to do things, thank you very much. Again, if she hadn't been so adamant that the cake she made was perfectly acceptable as the one she ripped off, meh...no big deal. I mean, not anything any professional I know would necessarily let out their door, but not the worst I've ever seen either.
Maybe this isn't appropriate for posting out on the open, but there certainly isn't a name attached to it. And I can't stress enough how if her cake had been advertised by itself, then who cares, it wouldn't have gathered any attention. But the rest of the story, that's what makes it unacceptable.
