AHi all, can anyone help me, I have heard that freezing and then carving a cake is better than just waiting for it to cool and then doing it, what does everyone else do :)

I always freeze my cakes so if I am doing a carved cake, I would work with it partially frozen.  Not as many crumbs; more stability.
