Was looking around for a cheeseball recipe for something else I'm doing (non cake related) and found this site with all kinds of photo demos of cake decorating things. If your bored u could check it out. There's like twelve pages, the link it to one of them.

Do you know how they did the stained glass butterfly at the bottom of page 12?
I see it's done with piping gel, but is that painted on top of bc? If so, would you freeze it and then peel it off to put it on the cake?

Very interesting. I especially liked the fondant covering page. It actually shows how large the fondant needs to be for the size cake you are working on. And it shows that you need to move that fondant out from the side before smoothing. Good "how to's" thanks for sharing.
