ACan some1 please please tell me how I can make one of these...I know it probablly really simple for you guys but im learning and I dont want to get it wrong. What is the ring made of and the diamond? I have seem ready made isomalt/jelly gems but they are either flat backed or too small...plzzzz help!

That looks like it might actually be a real diamond ring.

I don't use fondant so can't help you.  Try google.  For example, I would try: fondant ring box cake central    or fondant box cake central

AIt turned out nicely. It looks really good! I love the heart shape and how you made it your own! Totally looks like a real ring box!!!
