ACan some1 please please tell me how I can make one of these...I know it probablly really simple for you guys but im learning and I dont want to get it wrong. What is the ring made of and the diamond? I have seem ready made isomalt/jelly gems but they are either flat backed or too small...plzzzz help!

I don't use fondant so can't help you. Try google. For example, I would try: fondant ring box cake central or fondant box cake central

The Royal Bakery has many excellent tutorials for free via Facebook! She has one for a 4' cake just like the picture you posted (except in a Tiffany style). Good luck!
