AHi! I am making my first wedding cake for a family members wedding which will be held outdoors in the summer humidity and heat in June. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a recipe that tastes delicious and that will not melt. Thank you!

Use fondant, becasue anything that's a buttercream will melt if it's hot. How hot are you talking about, though?
