I am making the 'Pony' cake from wilton for my nephews first birthday. His birthday is on Tuesday and today is Sunday. Can i decorate it today? I will be using the wilton decorator icing. Will it be okay to decorate it this evening to serve Tuesday evening?

It should be fine. Just keep it sealed to keep it fresh. Also make sure it isn't in a warm place. Are you using the canned Wilton icing or making your own? I only ask because if you are making the canned, make sure to try it first. It is pretty nasty stuff in my opinion. Especially when making your own is so easy and inexpensive.

AIt's the one in the bucket, I tasted it & it was fine. Thanks for the advice, it turned out great! I put it in the fridge, it should keep ok in there right?
