Someone asked me to do 3D chocolate toppers on cupcakes.  I haven't reallly seen this done much on cupcakes (basically a big 1" or so chocolate shape on top)   Would you just fill a candy mold completely with Wilton melts, pop out, and put on top of buttercream swirl?  Or is there something else I should do?  How much more would you charge for something like this? Thanks.

I've done shoes and handbags using a silicone icecube tray and modelling choc then just pop them on top of the swirl, they look really good :-)

I price them at my mid range; more than basic but nearly as time consuming as flowers.
