Have a request to make dulce de leche sheetcake. I remember reading a blog on this cake and as you add milk to soak cake can end up a mess. a) have never eaten this cake b) don't know anyone who has ever made it. Can anyone give me a blog that will address how not to have cake fall apart or great hints on how to make it. I know this is popular in Florida and other areas but living in Canada this dessert is just starting to be featured.Will happily appreciate any tips.
