I need some help in making a Brobee cake. I have seen many online and would like to know what type of pan or pans are used in making the 3D one. I guess what I am trying to figure out is how the top of his head is made. Thanks!
Without knowing what the cake you are looking at looks like it is hard to say. It probably isn't a cake pan if it is 3D. You have to carve the cake to that shape.
