I've seen some really cute tin pails for cookie bouquets in the gallery and am wondering where I could get some for a good price. I'm specifically looking for black ones. the only ones I could find were 3.00 so I thought i'd ask and see if anyone had any links they want to share. icon_smile.gif I appreciate ALL the help!!!

I've seen them at Michaels in the wedding favour section.
Also, try home depot as they sell small empties
I've also come across them at dollar stores.

I found some nice red pails, white pails, and silver pails at Wal-mart in the seasonal Valentine section for $1.00 each. Also check out "Just a $1.00" stores if your town has them.

How about buying a silver one and once your have your bouquet in it, take some black fabric, tulle or black tissue paper and set pail in the center. Pull fabric or tissue paper up and lightly tie with ribbon just above the top of the pail.

I have used a small terra cotta flower pot and spray painted it.

ps3884- Please do let me know if you find something..that would be great!

If I can't find something affordable I'll look into putting the black tissue or fabric on the outside. Thanks for the idea! icon_smile.gif

Thanks again for all the great help everyone!

joquita, pm me if you decide to order from oriental trading. That's where I got mine, and they ended up being about 55 cents a piece. I have a coupon code that's good on a $60 or more purchase.

Hobby Lobby usually has them with their seasonal stuff for a decent price.

I bought some adorable small red pails and white pails at Hobby Lobby right after Xmas for 80% off! I think I gave about $1 each or less! I knew I would use them for Valentines day. I will be looking for the valentine sale after valentines day and store them until I need red again, I thinking maybe for Mothers Day....Think ahead and make the sales and use coupons! I also bought adorable containers and baskets at Michaels for next Xmas for 80% off. I paid like $1.59 for items worth $6.99! It pays to shop the sales!

I was just in Target tonight and they have Valentine themed pails that would be perfect for cookie bouquets....$1/each.....some are white with red hearts all over and others are plaid (pink and red). Very cute!
