What type of contracts do most of you have? Is it from a downloadable program or did you make it yourself?  What have you learned from using or not using contracts?

AI created my own. I have revised it many many times. The first part is the Policies & Procedures which includes all the hat ifs: hurricane, cancellation, postponement, accidental damage, etc. it is due with the deposit in order to reserve the date.

The second contract is the cake contract. It includes all the details of the cake as well as a sketch.
