Does anyone know who the original decorator was/is? Or does anyone have any idea how tall the tiers might be? I am guessing they are more than 4inch, but I have stacked up some dummies in the sizes I am using to 6inchs tall and they kind of look ridiculously tall. maybe once decorated it won't look so odd. I am using 6, 9 and 12 inch tiers. Thanks

They do look like 4" tiers to me, though.
