I need to make a shoe similar to this, how do i get this glittery effect? sanding sugar? please advice. the lady wants all stones, difficult to cover the entire court shoe with it. . looking for an alternative, with a sparkly effect. than you.

That's very bright shiny glitter. Unless someone knows of some other solution, I'm pretty sure you have to find a non toxic glitter and let the customer know that the shoe is not edible because of the glitter.

I'd say disco dust, which as howsweet said is non toxic, but also inedible.

If she wants stones, you could make small isomalt gems, there are some tutorials on CC for them, if you do a search.
