Yes, cherry ripes are a dark chocolate bar, filled with glace cherries and coconut. I don't use a specific recipe, but if you use a general dark chocolate mud cake recipe and substitute coconut milk/cream for the milk in the recipe and then add in chopped Cherry Ripe bars (around 160 grams for a 8" round for example), you'll have essentially the same thing!

 I dont think we can get those bars in the UK which is weird cos they're now made by Cadburys( been doing my research which was until recently a UK firm(not without  paying a fortune from specialist site) and it sounds like you need quite a few bars. Could i just use chopped cherries, coconut and chocolate?

I love cherries, cherry scones are the only fruit scones i will eat I hate cooked currants and sultanas
