Can anyone PLEASE tell me what are the BEST tasting (light taste but flavorful) different frosting for cupcakes which can stay fresh & neat at room temperature whole day? Planning to make at least 200 cupcakes for a party so want it assorted flavors...

Here is my standard buttercream icing that I use for all of my cupcakes:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp clear vanilla
3 cups icing sugar
2 TBSP whole milk
1 small cap full of butter flavouring
Once everything is combined I whip the crap out of it to make it really fluffy. I then flavour and/or colour it accordingly. For example, tonight I made a lemon buttercream by adding 4 packages of True Lemon and some yellow food colouring. It's in the fridge now but tomorrow I will let it sit out to room temperature and then ice using the 1M tip.

This time I tried 1-2-3 Butter Cream (Swiss Meringue Butter Cream) .. There is You Tube video for it.. It came out smoothest ever...
