Great cakes! What I'm wondering about though is that her website says " serving all of Michigan's LP" (that's lower peninsula) and her cakes are $5 a serving, including set-up and delivery...that's a lot of area to cover and not charge for delivery! I wonder how she does it? I might just have to ask her...

Do you see the cake in my photos with the gold circles w/gel in the middle? It was my third cake ever to do. Anyhoo, this is the website that I got the idea from!! I even called the lady to ask her what they were made out of!!! hehehehee!

I emailed Kim to ask what she made her flowers from as well as to express my awe over the cakes. She replied with her thanks for the compliments and stated that she only uses fondant for all of her flowers. Sometimes she wires them, sometimes not.
