Is there a website for posting jobs for those in the bakery/cake industry? I've put an ad on Craigslist, but it has not yielded much success. I am hoping there are sites geared towards this specific cake industry.

I put ads on craigslist too. At least two times a week. I also created an account at www.manta.com, linkedin, Facebook ( you can create your own page and share it with everyone you want to know about it).

Are there schools with culinary programs near you? If so, you can usually network with them directly.
