Hello Everyone!

I'm making a Tangled cake for my daughter's birthday. I'm planning on making a tower sitting on a cake. I don't want to make the tower out of cake, because I really don't have the time (nor expertise for that).

I already have the tower stucture built, however am not sure of the best way to cover in fondant. It's mostly made of plastic. What is the best way to adhere fondant to the plastic? I fear the fondant will start to slip off.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

Maybe you can do a test run on a small piece of the structure. This way you will know how and what medium works best for you. I would try using Piping Gel.

Good Luck

Or you could cover it in a thin layer of modeling chocolate and then fondant.
