First Time Using Square Cake Pans... Help!

hi everyone, I have an upcoming sweet sixteen cake to do later next month. this will be my first time using square cake pans, what sizes would you recommend to feed 150 people? thank you so much!

I like a little bit larger slices--I would do a 6 8 10 12 personally.
