How do I make a stand up penis for a cake?
Can anyone please help me with this?

Have you thought of modeling chocolate or rice krispies treats?

I would do rice crispy treat like the above poster mentioned. Maybe forming it around a thin dowel so you have something for both structure, and something to hold into the cake.
