Drying Mmf

Does MMF dry like regular fondant does? I need to make some flowers and was wondering if I made them tonight would they be ok to use on Friday night/Saturday? They may or may not be eaten....would they be too hard by then? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

It does take awhile for them to dry and depending on your weather. They could be dry Friday. I would mix gumpaste with it 50/50. this will help it dry faster for you.

yes it drys....i made flwers real thin and they were dry by the next day .....but thick ones like lady bugs were hard on the outside and soft in the middle ....for friday you should be good...
