I got the e mail a few weeks ago with the turorial on gelatin bubbles. I was wondering how far in advance these can be made and how to store them. Will they get harder the longer they are sitting? Also, can you add a drop of flavor in it so it has a taste you prefer? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

I followed a tutorial I found on here from a long time ago. I had to do it twice to figure it out but once I did it was pretty easy. I didn't need them for anything, I just wanted to make them. I ended up storing them in an airtight container with no problems. They're still pretty good now and that was a few months ago. I put some wax paper on the bottom of the container and put it on top of my fridge

I have gelatin bows in a normal pastry box for 9 months. Never had a reason to use it but they're still in great shape. I think the bubbles would be the same.
