how long should i let the cool before putting on the ganache and how long should i let the ganache set before putting on the fondant

If you are pouring ganache on the cake, let it cool about 2-3 minutes. If you are spreading it like buttercream, let it cool until it thickens. Then I put it in the fridge until it hardens.
